Improve their customer service & shipping processes
I got an email on Aug 30th saying my package had been shipped. Yet I still never received it so I looked at the tracking. It says the shipment was cancelled by sender. This was my first time ordering from here and this is NOT A GOOD IMPRESSION. I want my money back and all future deliveries CANCELLED. I will be going with one of your competitors. To make matters even worse, I cannot even get into my account online with the email and password I used. When I tried to reset a password via email, it says my account doesn’t exist... read more
