Our company outgrew these snacks and these folks have made it absolutely impossible to cancel. First, it took me multiple attempts to get ahold of anyone. Second, they claimed I could not cancel, but they’d help me explore other box options. Not only are the products wonderful every month but the customer service is AMAZING. I was having a problem changing my address so I emailed support and was connected with Nicole. She was able to get things settled and in my stress of moving I forgot that I was moving from a house to an apartment so she texted back and told me she had looked at the address and saw that it was apartments and wanted my apartment number. I have been trying to contact them using multiple methods and haven't heard back. I need to cancel my subscription but of course, they keep sending snacks and charging us. I am returning the package I received today and blocking the merchant on my credit card. This is terrible customer service and I am truly disappointed.
Easy, affordable and healthy! Having this service cuts hours out of my weekly routine so I can focus on other administrative tasks.
