It was very easy to book the mobility scooter to be delivered to my hotel. I was able to contact staff members easily to arrange the pick up at the end of holiday. The scooter was good quality and well maintained. A great experience.
i brought a wheelchair from sms mobility , It was not fit for purpose and when I took it back they wouldn't give me all my money back .only got £30 instead of £100 back! Trading standards have been trying to speak with SMS but they aren't responding to emails or phone calls NOT HAPPY!!
