Only ask for Amy or Phil, they will get things done, they are on it! I had Phil initially he did a great job when he sold the property to my wife (I credit them both for pushing it over the line) but Amy was better - she is quick with followup, creates urgency, chases everyone, relays what the seller says, can not fault her with anything. Very please with Smooth Sales although I have never heard of them this purchase but I highly recommend buying/selling via them. 1st home bought in Manchester.
