They took forever to get our meal out, and the waitress got one of the orders competley wrong. They brought out a burger instead of a chicken sandwich. So they remade it, and took forever again to get it out. We finished our meal before they brought it out. They aren't even that busy, and we still had horrible service. We aren't the only ones who got bad service. Somenone just walked out, because they were upset about the terrible service.
Jenn was seriously amazing behind the bar!! My husband and I really enjoyed our time!! We will be back to see her soon!!! She rocks!!!
We visited the Grand Rapids, MI location on January 20th. It was our first visit and we had heard good things about the place. Unfortunately we will not be back. We were there for 3 hours, 2 and a half of it was at our table. We waited over an hour for our food. Our waitress rarely checked on us, we had to ask for silverware, had to ask for a kids menu multiple times, our cups sat empty and it was extremely slow and very expensive. 87.00 for 2 adults and 2 kids and a 3 hour wait for mediocre food...Never again!! Meh... I don’t really understand all the hype about this place... You can make the same stuff at home! Our food was a little below average in my opinion I think the only good thing was our service he did great but otherwise just plain blah
Great service, better food, fair prices. Would go again in a heartbeat.
We had a party of 25 last night and I’ll tell you we had the BEST service! I wish I could remember our waitresses name. Our food all came out together and it was all hot and delicious!! We will definitely be returning!!
Jenn is the best!! We really enjoyed our time at the bar with her!! Great food and drinks!! We will most definitely be back!!!
