This place is horrible. I came here with my family to celebrate my niece's graduation and things just went downhill as soon as we walked in. We had a reservation but somehow it came up missing and was given to a another family. Then our waitress Katie hated our group from the get go. I ordered the unlimited wings and before I could finish my order she hollers 'you can't share the unlimited wings we have a strict policy on sharing food'. What kind of mess is that? No idea what is going on. Always been a great place to eat. Today, our server was completely disinterested in our table, more interested in a big party table. Food was slow, cold on arrival and the salad was disgusting. We won’t be back.

I love smokey bones the food is delicious and always hot and fresh.
My husband and I have always enjoyed the food at the Kentwood, Mi Smokey Bones. Service is always great and everyone is so friendly. We love the coupons in our local newspaper and the card for collecting points every time we eat there. We will be back soon. We were just told we have $10.00 credit waiting for us to spend. Yeah! Service a bit slow. Food was very good. I wish they had smoked turkey at this location
I was very disappointed. We drove from Three Rivers to celebrate my 70th birthday. We were seated right away but it was an hour from when we ordered before we got our food. Our waitress seemed to be waiting tables on the other side of the restaurant. She was not very attentive. A steak was ordered med. rare and came well done. When another one was sent to replace it it was rare. And the rest of us were done eating when the replacement steak came. It was just not a good experience and I doubt we will make the trip again.
