Perhaps some AC when it's 90+ flipping degrees outside? Their kitchen had to be well over 120 degrees. Our waitress was amazing, but what a terrible experience overall. Your workers are drenched in sweat, and I'm sure the cooks sweat into every meal....and I can't say I blame them! By the end of my meal I myself, and the rest of my party couldnt get out of there fast enough. Never thought I'd walk outside in 90+ degree temps to cool off! Fix the dam AC. Been broke for 3+ months. Food is sub par to what it used to be. To the staff: Start looking for another job. This place will close. They don't care about their customers so what makes you think they care about you.
Carl (our waiter) was amazing... the food was great... and the prices are fair! It would've been the perfect trip, if only we could have bought some Smokey Bones swag, like a t- shirt....
Not impressed with the food at all. I think they way over priced
great food. great service. this is our third trip to the Grand Rapids location and each time has been great. We have also eaten at Smokey Bones in Fredericksburg VA and Orlando FL...though the Grand Rapids locale is the gold standard. luvin it.

Disappointed that the last few times they were sold out of brisket but still never a bad meal here!!!!! Everything else is just as good :)
