Great food wish we had one in Michigan. Best BBQ sliders/sandwiches.
Was surprised that we were charged $1.99 for ziosk entertainment. We did play some trivia games but were not told that there would be charge. We play the trivia games at other restaurants with no charges. Oh, and I notice that there is no contact on the receipts to review their service.

Today at 2:30. The restaurant was fairly empty. The music was overly loud, the type of music one usually does not listen while eating. I asked the waiter to turn it down. He stated...well that's the way it is. I said, well then I leave. He had the manager talk to me and he replied..this is a corporate issue. He then had a district manager who again implied that he too was not capable. I left.
I have eaten at Smokey Bones a few times in the past and have had a good experience. This evening was not the case. My boyfriend never cared for smokey bones but I wanted him to try again... well it was a disappointment. Our waitress was very nice but the hostess seemed new and very confused and we didn't end up getting silverware for example. But once our food got to us it just kept going downhill. Always great food and the chocolate cake is THE best. Period! BUT.....PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE bring back your Kettle Chips! They were THE best.
We left monster jam came here for dinner! Got the worst experience ever! We had a party of 10 and got treated unfairly by management and our server! The waitress was very rude to my niece and my brother in law! I have never been so insulted when she treated them the way she did! She accused my brother of being intoxicated claiming he was drunk and he didn't even drink anything at all but a coke cola from monster jam! Hmmm! She also said she couldn't not serve him! Horrible waitress and manager working nights. My party of 10 came in waitress was rude, she refuse service to a customer and management didnt even bother to check the situation. We won't be returning to this restaurant again.
I absolutely LOVE this place. Went there for my first time a month ago and enjoyed it. My 2nd time back, which was tonight, was equally satisfying as the first.
