Our visit started out okay, the Host was very friendly and definitely "selling" the restaurant, as he should. Then we were seated. The waitress started out very nice and friendly, but her demeanor quickly changed. Order was wrong when it came to the table and my food was no longer hot once I waited for the waitress to refill the empty bbq sauce bottle that was at my table. I'd heard great things about their baby back ribs, but I wasn't impressed with my food...I guess I should have stuck with the ribs.
Absolutely BEST food & service I have had in a long time! My daughter celebrated her 18th birthday (over 20 guests). We were so well taken care of With NO complaints, That I forgot I was even in a restaurant!! Thank you for making a very special & emotional event perfect! Awesome team there in the N.Side Smokey Bones!!!
The waiter dumped a tray of drinks, into my handicapped mothers lap today. No effort was made, to rectify the situation.
Very good food I killed the full rack of baby back ribs and the service was very good also I will come here again if I get a chance
Food was great as always. Service seems to have gotten worse.
The worse BBQ restaurant I've ever been to. I've given it 5 chances but each visit is worse then the one before. I've had cold food. Pork and Briscuit that were just one big glob of fat. Inattentive waiters. Being disabled I must have an actual table which is in a far corner room where the music is cranked up so loud you need to yell to be heard across the table. Went today. Thanx for the free meals for my veteran husband & dad! Meals were great as always!
Worst service I have ever had in my life. Waitress was awful, slow as molasses and didn't want to bring back change after a cash transaction. We sat and waited on her after we have her the cash for 30 minutes. Won't be going back.
Mmmm... Yummy... Delicious... Nice place, nice people...
