Food was excellent as was the waitress but probably wont be back again because of the horrible hostess service. We were there yesterday late afternoon and waited nearly 10 minutes by the hostess desk waiting for someone to greet us. Almost walked out and probably should have. There were 2 people working at the takeout counter and they completely ignored us while dealing with a customer who's order had been messed up. Unacceptable hospitality with no apologies from the hostess when she finally showed up.

Add another 1/2 star. My wife and I had not been in a while. She had the baby backs with fries and cole slaw, but I got a sirloin with mashed taters and gravy preceded by a salad. Both meals were excellent. Food is almost always consistently good here. I worry because we had a $10 off coupon and $10 on our Bones card... I worry they will not make enough profit. 30 minutes and still no waitress!! Does not matter how good the food if your wait staff can't cover the restaurant

Had some amazing smoked wings tonight! Todd was our server and he anticipated every need the table had before they voiced it. Great service, will definitely be back!

Bar tending staff here is absolutely incredible, definitely a nice atmosphere to relax
Waitress never came back to give us sweet tea. I got up and finally got tea but it was unsweet. On way out I went to Ladies Room - no toilet paper!
Love the hostess, has a fabulous personality and I love seeing ger smiling friendly face when we go in there, been there several times, twice this week alone and have never had a bad experience and I am quite picky when it comes to service. The steakhouse butter is to die for, now the waitresses know I always have the steakhouse butter with a side of sirloin. Thank you for the great service and food
