Chairs were covered in mildew which I have pictures. Sliced smoked chicken was dried out along with old dry baked potato. Ordered sour cream with the potato and never got it. Asked waitress for sour cream and never got it. I will never go back. Those chairs we sat in were disgusting. Bad management.

Food is very good but unfortunately it has the filthiest men's room in Lakeland. Need a hazmat suit to use it.
If the servers are able to get your order correct the food may be decent. This was my first and last time going to this restaurant. Ordered a Sirloin Steak with 2 sides when the food came only had the sides. If the service is this back when the place is slow I would hate to see how bad it gets when it is busy. Ended up walking out and going to another restaurant with better service.
Just went for my birthday dinner and Christine, our server, was so friendly and helpful. She didn't interrupt our conversations. She brought drinks out very quickly and refilled them quickly as well. She was wonderful. Would love to have her again.

Food may be good but for crying out loud hire some bussers to clean the tables!!! Outrageously long wait with plenty of empty dirty tables. Management failure!!
Have been in twice with my Husband and had Miranda as a Bartender. Both times she was very quick to take our drink order, but good luck placing a food order. Today we waited 25 minutes and just decided to pay for our drinks and leave. (there was only 1 other couple at the bar when we got there). She felt she needed to take the 3 guys order that came in AFTER us first and chit chat with them before coming back to us. We will NEVER eat there again if she is there.
The girl bartender Miranda took 25 min to ask for food order only 2 other people when we sat down then 5 more came in they were more important than us I guess
Not happy about our service AT ALL!! After waiting for a table (which was fine, we expected that on a Sunday evening) we ordered our drinks and food. Almost 50mins later our food FINALLY arrived and it was wrong! And one of the people in my party didn't get everything he ordered. The manager asked what was wrong with my meal and I told her that it's not what I ordered and she argued with me about it! I know what I ordered and trust me, what you gave me is NOT what I ordered.
