Was there last night for a birthday dinner date with boyfriend & some family. They sat us fast & made sure wheelchair assable. Waitress took forever to get drinks, took order for food screwed up mine, my boyfriends, & person sitting next to me not once but twice. She was very mouth & inconsiderate. Food was good but cold. Then tried to use coupons waitress again tried to tell us they were expired & didn’t expire until Feb 11. Manager very kind made it right. But needs to can waitress! We always enjoy the food at Smokey Bones but our experience last evening was not the usual. The poor bartender was running like a chicken with his head cut off trying to accommodate everyone. We waited 40 minutes for our food that was only lukewarm and it was not his fault. You need to have sufficient staff to accommodate the customers.
Smokey Bones has never disappointed me in the service department gotta watch whose cooking sometimes
Slow , Ovely Chumy to the men , We did not even get eye contact or any kind of service . Place was not busy we aged waiting for overpriced food . Their may be items on menu that people return for . We took most home , no one wants it . I will never return . You need to have good service or good food or some kind of experience to spent good money on a evening out for dinner .. We were seated right away, but waited 10 minutes for a server to come take our orders. When he finally came to our table, he didn’t introduce himself and acted like we were bothering him by being there. He brought our drinks and then went outside to smoke while my husband sat with an empty glass.
