Terrible. Tried calling numerous times. Kept answering the phone and hanging up. Very rude!

Great food. Great people. Good prices. Right next to our hotel so didn't have to go far.
Lady never told us if the butter pecan butter was for sale they told us that we will have to sit separate if we were to be seated at a reasonable time instead of a 45 minute to an hour wait which is a lie because they sat a party at a big table not too long after we were seated. Lack of courteous customer service.

Went their 5-20-17 before my daughters wedding. Informed the bartender we did not have a lot of time and wanted a quick bite to eat and a beverage. She was very friendly and suggested nachos , which by the way with pulled pork out of this world , the staff were having a lot of fun together and service was excellent ! I wish we had one in Medina, Ohio ! Will go back for sure!
Loved our dinner! I had ribs & my hubby had brisket. Both were great! Our server was fun & friendly (I believe his name was Case.) The only complaint I had was I'd have liked more dressing on my salad but that's personal preference. Thanks for a great 17th anniversary dinner!
Very Large Menu, I Had Pulled Pork Sandwich and a bowl of Potato Soup. Yummy And was very happy with the Price
We went yesterday for dinner and the brisket was absolutely disgusting. It was all fat, not sliced the way normal brisket is sliced and had no Smoky flavor at all, in fact it tasted like overcooked pot roast. When we talked to our waitress about it she just seemed uninterested .A manager never spoke to us about it and some other waitress brought us more of the same disgusting brisket as a replacement. This is my "go to" place. Everything be on point. My glass is always where it need to be. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this place. 2 thumbs way way up!
