The food was good as usual, what made today great was our server EVAN, he was amazing!
Our dinner this evening was awful. The service was terrible. The servers were dressed inappropriately and most of the female servers had their long hair down. No refills om the sodas for our table and two members of the party went to the bar to complain. Of the 8 meals ordered, 6 were incorrect and it took over 45 minutes to get them. Once the meals were delivered, we never saw the server again. It was just awful and we will not return.
Upset that they did away with the fire grilled pork tenderloin. That was my Weight Watchers entree I always ordered.
Usually stop in on Wednesday and Saturdays when I can and always get good service and food is good. Christina has always been attentive and very cordial. Only had a waffle sundae today with drink and watching game
Christina was amazing behind the bar. She is friendly and keeps a conversation going while maixing drinks for everyone in the restaurant.
I visit Smokey bones twice a week, Christina is great to have wait on me. If she would leave I don't believe I would return. Thank you for the great service.
