RecommendedTo be honest, not sure I would recommend it because: first we wanted the appetizer special cornbread “ none left” secondly we ordered the cooked apples as a side “none left”. Also my steak was tasty but a little tough. Our server was great!
They have my favorite ribs there, the service has slipped over the years, but the ribs are fabulous
bought take out brisket dinner, got home and found out they had given me all fat!..I was so hurt, called manager next day to complain and was offered coupons to make up for it, still waiting on those and it's been almost 2 months.
We went on a Saturday night for my sister in law’s bday and were seated right away. As most of the restaurant was empty. That being said, food took almost an HOUR to come out and myself and my son ended up outside waiting for the rest of the family to eat. Then I went to eat my dinner in the car thanks to their speedy kitchen staff, and it was all fat. drinks took forever to receive and get refilled, food took 45 min+ to come out, fire alarm went off 6 times couldnt even enjoy our meal and have a conversation, food was overcooked. definitely will not b back

Thought we'd give this place another shot after suffering screw-up after screw up with our orders over time. (Like when my son order a plain cheeseburger - bun, patty and cheese only, and was served a burger with no cheese.) Ordered online - so they had PRINTED orders from their website. I had 2 burgers, one build your own - well done, traditional bun, American cheese; no lettuce, tomato or pickle - one BBQ burger - no tomato. Check them in the restaurant - Nope!! Just got home from smokey bones and my family and I are extremely disappointed. We walked into the restaurant and had to stand at the host stand for a good 7-8 minutes before any one even came by to acknowledge us. Once seated my self my wife and our two young children waited 10 minutes before someone even came by to get out drink order the restaurant was not even busy for a Wednesday night yet felt understaffed.
