Worst experience in a restaurant ever. Waited almost an hr for a beer. Our server was gone for over 30 minutes at one time we were a table of 12 and the only table in there at the time. Food was good but super slow. The experience start to slow was terrible!
Don't waste your time coming to this location. The staff is rude, forgetful, unattentive and made our experience horrible. The manager made our experience even worse, if you could imagine it. We were staying in the hotel across the street for a softball tournament and decided to give Smokey Bones a try. Our waitress was great but the manager was horrible. We ordered the platter with all of the different meats for 4 people and it took almost an hour. Once it came to the table it wasn’t even warm. The manager made an excuse that he had a party of 10 and another one of 6 in front of us and that’s why it was cold. After an all day power outage, we went in for some A/C, cold drinks and dinner. Ordered The BoneFire and we were 100% thrilled. Amazing service, delicious food, and fun atmosphere. Already planning to come back with friends!
Worst burger ever. Asked for medium/medium rare, it came out well done minus the bacon and BBQ sauce. Paid extra for fried green tomatoes as a premium side...two tiny slices with no sort of dipping sauce accompanied my over cooked, under dressed, $16 burger.

Completely unacceptable. We waited forty five minutes to be sat in a empty restaurant. Our poor waiter was friendly, but service was horrible. Our food came out wrong and I had to go tell management to correct because our server never corrected it... and my 7 year olds food wasn't even put in. When she finally got it her waffles were gross, undercooked and chicken was burnt. I had to get up and go refill our own drinks.
