We have always had good service and the food is great even when we order it for take out and get it home 20 minutes later! Prices are very reasonable, also, making this a go to for birthdays and special events!

Yum.. Wonderful place to eat to bad all these places insist on sports on TV .. Like the news . or anything else.. Great food though.. We had lunch at the Mentor location this afternoon, and we were once again impressed. The food and service have always been terrific! I highly recommend the cornbread appetizer, brisket, turkey, and BBQ chicken. The atmosphere is spot on for a BBQ place, and is very spacious and clean. Enjoy!
I visited this place with family to celebrate a birthday. The food took at least an hour to come out...that was appetizers. FINALLY, they bring out the wrong wings to my dad and he has a food allergy! I ordered the brown sugar smoked wings, they we're dry and hard, so was the macaroni was so dry, I sent it back. The broccoli was RAW! Although the manager was very nice, I WILL NEVER GO TO SMOKEY BONES AGAIN. This was only my second visit after years of being there the first time. I always enjoy their food and staff, I don't think I have ever had an insident where the pressure of it being busy got in the way of getting a good service from my servers. At some places I have been ignored and they only come see us when we first arrive, grab our order, once to check on things and for the check, that's not what I get here, and I truly appreciate it.
