We have always had good service and the food is great even when we order it for take out and get it home 20 minutes later! Prices are very reasonable, also, making this a go to for birthdays and special events!
The worst service I've ever had. Horrible service/ Horrible food
Smokey Bones is a great restaurant with the great food we will eat here again
Great food and a great atmosphere the people are very friendly
Best place in mentor to eat. Always pleasant staff and food always good

And if u don't like something they take good care of u no questions asked usually .. Recommend this place to all my friends.. Have a nice spinach salad with steak yummy
We had lunch at the Mentor location this afternoon, and we were once again impressed. The food and service have always been terrific! I highly recommend the cornbread appetizer, brisket, turkey, and BBQ chicken. The atmosphere is spot on for a BBQ place, and is very spacious and clean. Enjoy!

The broccoli was RAW! Although the manager was very nice, I WILL NEVER GO TO SMOKEY BONES AGAIN. This was only my second visit after years of being there the first time. (I had the same experience the first time)...N... read more
I always enjoy their food and staff, I don't think I have ever had an insident where the pressure of it being busy got in the way of getting a good service from my servers. At some places I have been ignored and they only come see us when we first arrive, grab our order, once to check on things and for the check, that's not what I get here, and I truly appreciate it.
