One of the worst restaurants I've ate at. Terrible service, ticket time was more then 20 minutes.
The bbq was a big let down pulled pork to dry. Needs so work
The food was super sucky. My burger tasted like a piece of the grill. My son's "pizza" was as cold like it just came out of a refrigerator. My husbands wings were tough and only had one of 12 be a drum stick. The service was great though, poor guy stuck in a place of incompetence. I think his name was Jesse. He need a raise for sure. Thank you man.
Do not go to Smokey Nones in Mentor! The waitress was fine but the manager sucked and kitchen service was awful. The soup was supposed to be crab chowder....nope it was nothing but corn. The tuscan mac n cheese was just pasta with cheese melted over a few pieces of itlaian sausage. The baked potatoes come out to your table 10 minutes after your entree. Not worth the money. No wonder there was no wait for dinner.
I have been going to the Mentor location since it opened and they are always out of brisket :(
Me and my wife were regulars at smokey bones until we got accused of not paying. The manager is a bitch and so is Jeff the waiter. I do not recommend this place to no one!
Great food and great service!
Have gone twice so far, food is very good, prices aren't bad. Wait staff has been okay. Will return.
