After 2 and half months of waiting to be referred to a chemist to be told they dont do the tablets I want as only thing helped in the past as didn't reach requirements for getting them so see my GP who maybe able to help whats the point of the service before covid there wasn't any of this
The manager asked me some very personal questions that has nothing to do with quitting smoking and then refused me treatment when I told her i wasn’t going to answer them.
I am in the process of using this service. It's early days but their support and advice so far has been great...
