Smmart Media manage our business website. I have now been emailing them for weeks as our Contact Form isn't working and we are losing business because of it. I am still waiting for someone to get back to me/fix the problem. This is appalling customer service for something we are paying monthly for!!! **** WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ****
I used Smmart Media to "manage" our Facebook and Twitter accounts or several months. They barely engaged with our business, achieved next to nothing on Facebook, and attracted totally irrelevant Twitter followers including soft porn posters. We cancelled their service earlier this year but they still used our debit card details to extract 2 months worth of fees from our bank account which we can't recover from them. Best avoided.
