Tom and Janine were a great team to work with when buying my new home. They answered all my queries and were very professional when it came to pushing things forward when they got bogged down. They were there from the very beginning to the very end. What more could you ask.
We were recomended to use Smiths and although we were suprised we had to pay extra for the photos and video they were of a very high quality being done by a professional photographer so were worth the extra.Tom Edmunds marketed our property and was friendly , reliable and efficient throughout . A whatsapp group was set up to always keep us updated with information and Janine was excellent in the admin side of the process often chasing up other parties for us. Would highly recommend using Smiths estate agents .
