Five stars. I’d give them 6 stars if permitted and all because of Ian Wilson, our managing at Smith Waters. He is reliable, competent, understanding and kind. Anyone who would like their property to be well managed would be lucky to have Ian.
I thought I'd share my experience with Smith Waters LLP as they have been my building managers for a while now and I have nothing but great things to say about them. I've had dealings with Chloe and Katie and they have always been extremely helpful whenever I have needed any assistance, cannot recommend enough!
Wants to put pressure on me for childminding at a business but doesn’t want to take action against the landlord who specifically gave us permission to do this. I have this in writing, trying to chase up the relevant person but of course they are never available. I am not even going to mention the property they are managing but clear as day to see that people are doing air bnb at the property as well as illegal work of an adult nature downstairs. Yet wants to send me notices over something that was agreed with the landlord?
Terrible, very first service charge with this new management company, and they have put the worng address and wrong post code on the bill . Great start I must say. UPDATED REVIEW: Had a speedy reply from Smith Waters, much appreciated.
