This is one of those reviews I wish I didn't have to write. The roof leaking badly for a week. Was completely done by Steve in June 2024. Yes 3 months ago. Called Monday and he said to call Thursday at 8.am and he'd come that morning. Instead he said call him back in 2 hours which I did. No answer. Left message and texted. Kept trying and ringing him and got at 11:00 am . He promised he'd come today. No show. I Called at 3pm as big storm expected no answer. Roof leaks more now than when I had it installed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS I had a small roof installed about 14 months ago, at the end of the job I had to send them up to replace tiles that were clearly broken and had tried to be patched. The roof leaked a few days later and it had gotten progressively worse including places I had no leaks before. I was initially informed that the main work was complete and a few hours later asked for payment several times. When I checked the work the next day it clearly wasn't finished. They returned to work through the list of issues and I agreed I was satisfied. There was one job left outstanding and I was informed this couldn't be done until the Scaffolding came down. In good faith I made full payment. Scaffolding has been down several weeks and I've never heard from them again about completing the last job. Cannot recommend.

I called this company to install a solar panel mesh. They charged me £850 for the job. At the time of install I didnt feel the mesh was of good quality it should've been it was some cheep wire from homebase. I was ridiculed that this is best mesh to protect the gaps underneath the solar panels. After completion of the job the next day the pigeons started to reappear in numbers and the mesh had been compromised.
