I've been here for 4 months. Ive had one cancelled prescription. I've received someone else's prescription. I've had information about a diagnosis ignored from a previous GP and today I get a text that the blood test, i took a morning off work for, was mislabelled so now I need to book another appointment waiting in a queue for half an hour. They also don't do prescriptions that can last more than a month like my last GP, effectively doubling my medication cost. Definitely the poorest GP I've ever used.
I’m new to the area, I say new but 3 yrs in and my experience of this surgery is nothing short of exceptional, the best GP surgery yet!
Having recently transferred from Granta (who are abysmal service-wise) to Orchard Surgery, I have nothing but good things to say! The building is a tad rustic and it would be handy to be able to book appointments online (hence 4 stars rather than 5) but I personally cannot fault the service at this place. I have always had a pleasant experience here and I've been registered for almost 3 years. The reception staff are polite and always put me in touch with the correct doctor. I have a young child and whenever I phone with regards to him, they see him straight away. My experience of all doctors and nurses here have been extremely positive.
