We had been car shopping for a month or so and just weren't happy with any where we went. Once we arrived at Orr we were greeted by Douglas! He was very informative and helpful from the second we met him. He went above and beyond to make sure we knew everything about the cars we were looking at. I would recommend Douglas or Orr to anyone who is car shopping. They made us feel like family even before they knew if we were buying or not.

Very disappointed in my last 2 purchases through Smith and when trying to get into a new car today at Orr they weren't even willing to try and make a sale! We will not be buying local ever again!!!

My first vehicle purchase ever was here and I believe it set the bar high for what I should expect when I go to buy another vehicle. My car salesman was Gizzette and she is amazing at what she does! I believe if any dealership has an expectation on how their staff should treat the customers, then goes above that.
