Don Corbin, Dee, and everyone else we met at Smith Chevy were wonderful! Purchasing my husband a new vehicle couldn't have been easier or more stress free. Just purchased my 3rd truck from them.They jumped thru hoops to please me.
My wife and I have purchased our last 7 vehicles from Smith Chevrolet, beginning in 2005. The service used to be top notch, but in the last 2 years it has really gone down. I had an appointment for an oil change a few weeks ago and had to wait 2 1/2 hours. I had an appointment today (2/15/16) to have a part put on. After waiting 3 weeks for the part, making an appointment to have the part put on and waiting for 1 hr. and 15 min. to have it put on, they tell me that the part was not there and would have to reschedule! We have a new Fixed Operations Manager, Duane Logan that just started with Smith Chevrolet Cadillac. He is brand new to the company has started to make great improvements to the Service Department. After visiting four other Chevy dealerships in AR and OK we stopped at Smith Chevrolet. We were met at the door by Ike. It was refreshing to ask questions and actually get honest answers. We looked at a few cars we were interested in and ending up buying. My experience at this dealership was phenomenal. No hassle, no pressure. Far exceeded my expectations. Ike, we appreciate you!
