My salesman was Dennis Monterroza and he was fantastic! I was looking for a used car and he ended up getting me into a 2016 Equinox for less money than the used car by taking advantage of the Hail Sale. Dennis was so personable and genuine, he listened to what I wanted and delivered more than I thought possible! I work in the retail industry so I know what good customer service is and Dennis is a class act and cares about his job and making his customers happy! Thanks Dennis!!

I bought a certified used truck , a 2009 Sierra , a very nice truck and a lot of money . I put less than 2000 miles on it and the engine light came on . Took it to the deler to be repaired 4 times . And they told me they could not fix it . That it needs a new engine or rebuild . I have been putting up with this for 3 weeks now they say that they care about the customer .

I took my truck to get looked at because it would not go in reverse. I paid $100 for a diagnostic. After initially telling me it would cost 2000 they called back and told me it would cost 3300 and I needed a new transmission. I told him no and went to pick it up to take it somewhere else and amazingly when they pulled my truck around the reverse was working again..... Glad I didn't waste $3,300 while my truck fixed itself sitting in the parking lot.

I will not do business with Smith Dealership again. About a year ago i was sold a "certified pre-owned" pathfinder. After having it home a couple of days our front bumper popped loose on one side and then realized that the paint didnt even match. Also, when driving it home the acceleration of the vehicle wasnt like my altima..i had to take it back because i would pull out on busy street and it would not go. I had seen a Buick enclave at Smith Chevy Buick before the hailstorm and they had it listed for 21995 after the hailstorm I went in to test drive it and asked for the best deal possible and the salesman quoted 22500! I was so mad. He and I discussed the price over the phone before I ever came to the lot. When I got angry and was leaving he asked so do you wanna pay the 21995. This car had hail damage all over it. Do not go to this place they scam and lie! We have been looking at a truck since last Saturday before the hail hit and then we went down there to look in person last night the price was 30,000. When my husband had went up there today the price was increased to 31,000 after the hail damage. My husband made an offer which of course they didn't want they then made him a different offer which was crazy for a hail damage vehicle.
