Got my car back from your shop today after having to take it in for making knocking sounds THREE DAYS after buying it. You guys did over 900 dollars worth of work on it and I'm thankful I wasnt charged, but IT'S STILL MAKING THE NOISE. And now my "Check Gages" light is staying on, which wasn't a problem before. No car purchased from a dealership should have these issues so soon after buying it. It was bought under the belief it had been fully serviced and had no issues. If you are looking for a place to NOT buy a car, let me recommend Orr Chevrolet in Fort Smith. Put a price on the window in big red letters. Customer calls about the car and is told they can't sell at that price. But they can sell it at a higher price. Or sell you another car. Isn't that classic bait and switch?

Russell, I've researched into your experience with the Sales Consultant and the manager. The price that was on the MDX at Littleton's was not the price that we had put on the car. It was put on the vehicle by mistake, however it had not made it to our dealership yet so we actually did not play a part in putting that price on the vehicle.
