I recently engaged Smith Benedict & Co for the second time for the legal aspects of purchasing investment properties, and unfortunately, my experience both times has been profoundly disappointing. We instructed Paragon Legals (now Smith Benedict & Co) for the conveyancing of our auction purchase. The entire conveyancing team was prompt, efficient and extremely professional. They managed the transaction in a clear and transparent manner. It is thanks to Daniel and Holly that the transaction was completed within 5 weeks of instruction and we are very happy with their service. Holly and Daniel at Smith Benedict made the process of purchasing our latest off-plan property so smooth. The timescales to go from reservation to exchange are very short at 28 days however everything works like clockwork and there always appears to be plenty of time.
