I’ve been attending SmileWork’s for over a year now I have found all the staff make me feel at ease and very welcome. The practice is comfortable and very clean. All happy when you are paying them regularly after that it’s Everyman for themselves can’t be bothered to reply to emails or voicemails to resolve issues I honestly give up with this place. (Probably will get the email was in the spam folder reply from them so they didn’t see it or they couldn’t get through to my number) Teeth shifted and the retainer made last time I came up did not fit properly hygienist even noted this on the system.
