Customer service is non exsistent, paid 400 for Invisalign aligners the results weren’t perfect, and my teeth spread happy again afterwards, they want another 2200 again, wouldn’t recommend had few friends get the composite from these guys constantly having caps fall of there teeth after eating. Avoid if possible.
I had composite bonding done to 10 upper teeth in June 2024 and one fell off a couple of weeks ago!! Couldn’t believe it. I called them up and tried to sort this and made them aware to see if the initial 3 month warranty could be extended due to the concern I had regarding the treatment (which I didn’t think was an unreasonable request due to one of the composite falling off), but I was told this cannot be extended and the reason the composite came off was due to the fact they had recommend Invisalign, which was nonsense as ... read more
