My experience has always been professional and courteous. My most recent visit was exceptional. The staff is friendly, my dental assistant was thorough throughout every procedure; explaining in detail each process. My doctor was most efficient and took great care including a follow up call the next morning. My visit also included a cleaning and my hygentist was also very professional and gentle. Overall it was a five-star visit.
It was my first visit and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. Normally you get an hour of a dental assistant and then the Doc shows up as if coming down from the mount, condescending every inch of the way. Not so here. Dr. Heusner talked me through the procedures I required, making sure I understood everything. The staff was professional, pleasant and accommodating. I recommend BayView Dental Associates in Sarasota highly.
