Best Office I have ever been too. They make you feel comfortable and never scare you like my some other offices I have been too. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.
I liked my original dentist there as well as his replacement after retirement. I would still be a patient had it not been for a woman (who seemed to function possibly as manager/hygienist) hurrying the elderly dentist along,etc. In any event, she examined my teeth recommending extensive work which 2 other dentists deemed a misdiagnosis.
This dental office has the nicest staff .They keep the tension down and make the client feel at home.

My experience has always been professional and courteous. My most recent visit was exceptional. The staff is friendly, my dental assistant was thorough throughout every procedure; explaining in detail each process. My doctor was most efficient and took great care including a follow up call the next morning. My visit also included a cleaning and my hygentist was also very professional and gentle. Overall it was a five-star visit.
It was my first visit and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. Normally you get an hour of a dental assistant and then the Doc shows up as if coming down from the mount, condescending every inch of the way. Not so here. Dr. Heusner talked me through the procedures I required, making sure I understood everything. The staff was professional, pleasant and accommodating. I recommend BayView Dental Associates in Sarasota highly.
Everyone was so kind, friendly and patient. They were very thorough in explaining each procedure. Great first experience at BayView Dental.
