I have had some issues with this practice since the transition to the newest doctor/owner. My concerns have been unsatisfactorily addressed. I even have requested to speak with the owner and I have yet to receive follow-up. I was supposed to see the doctor at my last visit but come to find he had to leave for an emergency at another office. I still have yet to speak with this doctor to address my concerns.
Prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, attentive.

I received 6 email and text notifications, one while I was already check-in and getting my teeth cleaned. All the reminders sent indicated that I was going to see Dr. Peter Fereg. I did not get seen by Dr Fereg, instead was seen by another dentist that was in a rush to leave for the day. I will be looking for another dentist. At least the hygienist was good.

The cleaning was not good. The dental hygienist was very rough and I and my husband left with bleeding and throbbing gums. We floss every day and have great dental hygiene. Very rough cleaning, that has never happened before.
Martha was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and gentle!
Visit was okay. Dentist was okay. Only issue I have is with follow up. They provided me a treatment plan for my son without adjusting the cost for insurance. I called and left a message asking them to send me a corrected plan but recieved no response. Two days later I called again and no responsible nose. The next day I Finally I reached them and they told me I would have it the following day. Yet to receive anything.
