I don’t recommend this practice. I have been going for years and ever since Dr. Wyatt left, it’s been a horrible experience since then. They never give you confirmation of when your appointment is. Not to mention, they never send you information about their coverage/provider changes. I went in today thinking that my insurance was going to cover and it was a provider they accepted just for them to tell me that it is out of network. I am so impressed with All In One Dentistry! Dr. Lee has an amazing bedside manner. He was kind and reassuring with my children and extremely professional. Patricia, the hygienist, was so helpful and kind. I felt like she went above and beyond to meet our needs. Ana from the front office was amazing securing us appointments as soon as possible, sorting through insurance information and frankly making the whole process much easier on me as a parent. Makes me question a place that has so much employee turn over. This has also happened with the doctor at times. Loved the practice when dentist Jessica was there. She is not with them any longer but her name is still everywhere. I have gone there for years and have only seen the same hygienist once. Should have kept the office manager from before because now there is no structure and everyone seems unsure of their roll. Not saying they are not nice. Please correct and get going in the right direction.
I love this place! Too bad my insurance changed otherwise I’d keep going there.
Great dentistry--excellent skills--honest billing--lovely people
I have been going here several years now, hygienists and office staff are great, always the same faces every time. But it has been a different dentist every visit. Somewhat concerning why there is not a dentist that stays at the location. All the dentist I have seen have been good, I would prefer to see the same dentist every visit instead of someone new every time.
They care about the well being of your teeth
My appointment with Dr. Lee for a feeling was painless and efficient. I was in and out in 30 min. Dr. Lee was very personable and thorough.
