I’m very frustrated that an hour after my son had to brackets for braces put on that within an hour one fell off. I called and was told I could come in the next afternoon. At that appointment I was told the bracket could not be put back on for a month when the orthodontist would be back in the office. I am paying thousands of dollars for my son’s orthodontic work and now an entire month will go by before anything can be done.

I've had a number of dentists over the years, and I really like Dr. Le's technique.
As of yesterday this establishment lost my 4 family members as clients. Terrible service, they tried charging me $100 for services that were not completed during the visit which i disputed because i was in the room and saw it did not happen (originally they told me i did not have to go in the room). Very knowledgeable hygienist and doctors
All good with the Dr. and staff.
Very unorganized. Never see the same people twice. Why all the turn over. Great office until it was sold. This was my first visit back. Was a patient for years because of all the problems. Little disappointed. Seemed to be socializing more then work. I was told I was seeing and older lady dentist but was seen by a younger man.
Doesn't give appointment on time that is schedule or in reasonable time
We had a very good experience here, and would recommend this place to everyone. Friendly and carrying staff.
