The facility was clean and organized. The staff was friendly. My daughter is only 1 1/2 but I was told I needed to bring her early. I think they aren't use to patient that young. Also I wait 40 minutes past my appointment time to be seen.
All in One Dentistry comes highly recommended from me. The office is friendly and professional. I had a dental emergency and was able to be seen that day. They truly care about your needs.
To make an appointment 6 months in advance and then sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes is unacceptable! This is the second time we have waited this amount of time to be seated. Receptionist could not find our appointment and was taking other clients back to be cleaned that arrived after us!!!!
The dental assistant did her best to help with our 2-year-old toddler, but due to his fussiness she proceeded to get the Dr. whom I cannot recall the name of. The Dr. gave me a brief overview of our options, and I went ahead and asked for his teeth cleaning to continue as planned. I held him while she attempted to clean his teeth.
