Zero stars if I could. This is by far the worst dental office in NYC. Do not trust them. There are serious concerns with malpractice, insurance billing, and overall patient care. They repeatedly rotate dentists who appear inexperienced and unfamiliar with patients’ cases. The staff is inattentive, unresponsive, and nearly impossible to reach & they don’t even answer the phone. This office is disorganized, unprofessional, and unsafe. Stay away. Beware. Avoid at all costs!
This dentist is all about money. They don’t run your insurance they will lie and say your insurance is not going to cover it is sad. I am going to report this business to the attorney general.

They will never call you back they will charge your insurance and do no work on your dental
This is the worst dental office I have gone to. Two different times they never followed up on the crown I requested and when I called today the manager hung up the phone on me. Go at your own risk.
