Absolutely outstanding service from SMCS! I honestly can’t thank the guys at SMCS enough. After being badly let down by another garage — who misdiagnosed the issue, didn’t fix it, and still handed me a hefty bill, SMCS completely turned things around. They took the time to properly identify the real problems, got everything sorted, and now my car drives smoother than it ever has. Disappointing. Have had several issues with jobs not being completed properly when taking family cars here and have had to book back in to be corrected. Some jobs just never completed so took to another garage who managed it without issue. Have experienced minor damage caused to cars during works - some of which was reluctantly put right when challenged but some of it denied. Signs of tea/coffee spillages inside car post-work. Wonderful customer service, they are all stars!!🌟 Got an MOT booked in within a week which failed (too many sharp corners from myself🫣) but they had fixed the issues and had it ready within a couple of hours!!! As I was unable to collect my car until the end of the day and I live not too far away they had kindly brought my car back home for me!! I will recommend this garage to everyone!
First class service very quick to get jobs done highly recommended. Reasonable prices and no hidden extras.
