Bought a Vauxhall Crossland from the dealers in October....still in warranty but had to pay over £1000 to get the timing belt fixed and other issues that arose. The dealers were non responsive and non contactable and have had no correspondence from them. Shocking! Do not buy from these dealers
Bought a Fiat 500 off them in August 2024. Haven’t had any major issues but broke down recently and once we took the bumper off found out the car had been crashed into and the radiator was completely messed up. Going to cost us god knows how much to fix it and with the current heat we are going to struggle as we can’t use the cars air con. Not happy at all.
Bought this car (Mercedes clc) a year ago with low mileage 48000 on a 2010 plate which prompt me to buy. Everything went smoothly from test driving through to selling the car and friendly service. I've just had my first MOT And failed big time on the emissions. Now in that year I've had this car I've done 4,000 which isn't a lot and mostly motorway driving so the feedback I'm getting is these things doesn't happen overnight which brings me to think I wonder if Jamie walker the salesman who sold me this car knew about this? p... read more
Shocking customer service, Stay well away!! The sale of the car all seemed great, felt like I was buying a quality car. Sadly after a week the engine light came on to which SMC replaced the O2 sensor but the fault occured again 2 weeks later. SMC seemed ok to get the issue fixed and inspected the car again to be told another part is needed but it is on back order.
