One star is being generous . How dare the " manager " incorrectly do a customer's hair to " her " personal liking and NOT to what the customer asked for . Then when immediately brought to her ( the manager's ) attention , her advice is to re-color all the hair and then add high lights . At the customer's cost . No refund . Then the manager said to not bother returning to that salon . Then who is fixing this issue or paying for it ? Way to go " Beverly " ... Two thumbs down and word does travel .
