The surveyor (and well trained pushy salesman) convinced us to put in a deposit of £150 to seal the deal (massively overpriced as we realised later) with the promise that it is fully refundable. The manager brought down the cost significantly but after some research we were just not convinced of the quality and longevity of the product so we requested a refund well within the specified timeframe. A month and a half later still no refund to be seen despite multiple attempts to chase this. Unacceptable! Avoid this company!
This company target old people and then tell lies about dampness and false claims of Scottish Government Grants, they are con men SPRAY FOAM WILL REDUCE THE VALUE OF YOUR HOME < CHECK OUT ALL THE REVIEWS FIRST
Hard sell tactics, lies, and targeting vulnerable people This bunch of charlatans turned up at my mother's house and tried to scare her into paying a deposit for thousands of pounds of work. - called in morning and was at the house within a few hours. - sales person went into attic, and came back down claiming that black and white mold in attic could cause joists to rot, and that the only way to fix it was this spray foam. -sales person then claimed company would only be in the area for a couple of weeks, and could cost more... read more
Really good workers but still waiting for my guarantee and it's been about three months now. Also sent lots of emails asking for a update on it but not replying.
