I had tenancy agreement for over 2 years with smartamove but at the end of tenancy agreement they simply refused to give my £1K deposit back. I have family of 3 kids and they made me to pay extra rent as notice was given 2 days late and promised me to give deposit back in 3-4 days. But after keys handed over then they refused to give my deposit back and told me to speak to landlord as they don't have it whereas they should have deposited it under deposit protection scheme. Great letting agency as Joshua is real problem solver and always there to help. Maria has always been proactive. I have rented for around 3 years with this agency and always prompt response and helpful in all ways. Thank you Joshua as always. Recommend them strongly.
I used smartamove as a landlord and they found me very good tenants which is the most important thing so for that I will always be grateful to never have major drama. I'd guess they are an above average agent. Occasionally there were a few minor disagreements and they seemed ever so slightly conservative and slightly unwilling to do things differently.
