I had tenancy agreement for over 2 years with smartamove but at the end of tenancy agreement they simply refused to give my £1K deposit back. I have family of 3 kids and they made me to pay extra rent as notice was given 2 days late and promised me to give deposit back in 3-4 days. But after keys handed over then they refused to give my deposit back and told me to speak to landlord as they don't have it whereas they should have deposited it under deposit protection scheme.
