Service was prompt,the assistant was courteous,waiting room is pleasant, no complaints
Terrible experience with their service department. Do not stand behind their promises, unwilling to make it right for their customer, quite simply put, extremely POOR customer service. They have their priorities wrong here as from my experience it takes happy customers to stay in business!
I know it's Monday but it shouldn't take over an hour to fix a flat tire. Here is an Update. Came in at 4 to tell me just a little longer. Been here since 2.15ish.
I bought my corolla new from Smart Motors in 2009. It's still in great condition thanks to the awesome maintenance team. Everyone there treats me like family. It's always a pleasure to visit. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks for your hard work and positive attitude!
Guy who helped with car was very kind and professional he deserves 5 stars. The woman who collected payment was very rude, in a horrible temper tantrum throwing mood, upset to even help me when the guy brought me over. He asked if she could help me and she snidely said "I guess" with eye roll. Absolutely horrible. She got impatient with me when I tried to verify where to sign vs initial. When she initially indicated them, form was on the lower counter by her with my view blocked by higher counter. Would give her NO stars. Ga... read more
We just bought our first Toyota! And it was a mini van! We love our 2005 sienna! Tim N. was our sales person and he was fantastic. Kept us informed, worked with us and was very patient when I brought kids in. We will shop here again!
Everyone is very kind and helpful! We had all three kids there while we were buying our new Camry and the kid place areas are a god-send! Thanks for the great deal on our new car! We love it.
