Was not happy with the person that would not leave me alone about buying a car. I told them i was just looking but after he walked away another would come and annoy me.
Just got a new Camry at Smart last weekend. I have been buying cars from Smart for years and I couldn't be happier with them. I live in Franklin, but drive to Madison every couple of years to trade in my old car. The sales staff, service staff, everyone I have come in contact with has been professional, courteous, and helpful. Would not think buying my cars anywhere else.
My wife and I bought a 2016 4Runner a week ago. We couldn't be happier with the way everything went. Our saleswoman Brinane Michelle is a exceptional. We never once felt pressured or rushed with our decision. I hope she will still be working for Smart Toyota in two years when I trade my Accord in for a Taco.
I had problems leasing a car at a different Toyota dealership due to inaccurate paperwork errors made by the dealership itself and Smart Toyota helped get all of that straightened out and get me approved to lease a beautiful 2017 Camry SE! Shoutout to Chad, Kevin and Greg for really working with their customers and making sure they have the best experience with the company that they can have.
I bought a Corolla from you last year and I liked it but I have some physical issues and I also live out in the boonies so it just wasn't meeting my needs. I went to some of my favorite Smart salesmen and told them what I needed and they started making suggestions. Within hours they found exactly what I was looking for... an amazing RAV4 with low mileage for a great price. Thank you so much for all you did to help me.
