Hands down best experience ever!!!! Edwardo in the Sales dept is without a doubt the most professional salesperson on the planet. I knew what I wanted for my new Tunda, he expedited the process and got me a really sweet deal!!! The delivery was seamless! In and out in 30 minutes!
Salesman Mike Finkel was excellent told him what I was looking for and price I wanted and He made it happen! Waiting for finance people I give 1 out of 10. Waited over 2 hours being diabetic I have to eat at certain times I explained this to Mike he bought me lunch. Came back and had another 1 hr wait for finance. It is still early in the process, but I am a very happy customer. I choose to lease a new Corolla. I feel like I am driving a space ship. The technology is amazing and I am expecting the traditional reliability of a Corolla as well. Although having the Warranty and Maintenance included is also a great piece of mind. I went in for a airbag recall, was quoted for 2 hours. Ended up waiting 5.5 hours for my car with bad explanations and no apologies. They won't be getting another dollar from me
I was very happy to be greeted at the door with a friendly smile and offers to help. Not all dealerships treat women equally when they wish to buy a car. I love my new RAV 4 and was pleased with the deal that I received.
