I was there on Wednesday...very helpful and friendly.
Very good experience. Thanks to Mario Cardarella, he was great to work with. The features and bells and whistles were explained several times. All our questions were answered clearly and completely. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgable. We are both very happy with our new Prius. Plus we get some free service (oil changes, tire rotation) over the next 2 years. So that is a great plus.

I just wasted an hour and a half waiting for Toyota to change my oil. Nothing to hard about it (Pomp’s was able to put brand new tires in less time)!! Then the service guy wanders out and tells me that they haven’t even started and it will only be another 20-25 minutes. Are you freaking kidding me ?? Then when I told him that I wasn’t going to have it serviced, he had the balls to say that I should come back soon! �
They treat people very well - so welcoming! Lots of great amenities, and the facility is first-rate.
