It’s rare that I find a car dealer or buying experience that I would give 5 stars but everyone we dealt with at Smart deserved it! In 2 hours total I found the car I wanted, got 0.9 percent financing and zero down! It didn’t make sense to buy a used car with this deal and all the safety features that new Toyota’s have! I love my new CHR!

I just leased my first Toyota and the experience was amazing. Prior to going to Smart to check out the Highlander I test drove a Volvo wagon, Buick Enclave, and Chevy Traverse. All 3 combined didn't have the customer service that Smart, and in particular Phil Awes, demonstrated. I was blown away. I was referred to Smart from a family member that swears by them. After having a horrendous experience at another Toyota dealer, I was very skeptical. I am glad to say that I was wrong and happy that I made the hour trip and met with Al Franklin. I’ve waited over 2 1/2 hours for an “express” lube in the past. This evening I paid for over $1,000 in repairs and then found a coupon in my purse. The cashier informed me that I couldn’t use the coupon after the transaction. Very disappointing, after dropping that much they wouldn’t honor a $20 coupon. A customer was lost! After the transaction I didn’t even get a thank you from the cashier, eating her salad was more important.
Abysmal service department. Last time I had service scheduled they didn’t order the necessary part and I had to bring the car back a second time. Decided to give their express service a chance and it took two hours before they even looked at the car. (No one mentioned a longer than normal wait and there was no line of cars when I drove up). I will never give them any business ever again.
I was quite impressed working with Smart Motors! I live in St. Paul but wanted to see what Corollas I could find in Madison while visiting here. If anyone asks me, I'll tell them to make a special trip to Madison and buy their new Toyota at Smart Motors! Bruce, my salesman could not have been any better!
