Time is yet to tell if they will do anything to take care of the engine light that came on the first time I drove the car off the lot that I got from them. The service department for used cars has so far acted like they were doing me a huge favor just to make an appointment to look at it. “We are too busy” they said. The one guy actually said “well, I don’t know about Honda’s” when they are the ones who had to have worked on it to get it ready to sell on the used car lot. From the first time we stepped in the door till we picked up our car we felt like we were family. Mario was so kind and felt bad for not talking to us on Friday night he sent a text Saturday morning.
