Smart Motors has excellent sales and service employees. I have had three Toyotas over the years with the latest being a smoking hot Tacoma access cab. It was a special order and my sales person, Manuel Socorro, helped me decide on the model (a TRD Sport) and kept me apprised of build and delivery dates. He works hard to satisfy the customer. Also, very pleased with Jack Rheingans who handled financial end of the deal upon delivery.
Always friendly, prompt, and willing to take care of my Rav. I stopped in with no appointment to have my license plate refitted(badly bent). Bob and company were awesome and did the job right away in an efficient and timely manner. They’re professional. The best service for my vehicle!
I was in a bad car accident and showed up to the car dealership with a lot on my mind and pretty shaken up from the events earlier in the week. Chris Karinopolous took great care of me. He helped me pick the perfect car for my family. He was very approachable and friendly. He was very quick to respond to e-mails and texts (which I really appreciated). Very helpful sales associate (thank you Mike Finkel), excellent follow through and follow up! I bought the exact vehicle that I wanted, at a fair price, and the transaction was pleasant and easy from beginning to end. This was my 4th new Toyota purchased from Smart Toyota!
I reached out to them through the Cars.com contact form and was almost instantly contacted by their awesome sales rep, Austin! I let him know my plans of buying a one way plane ticket to pick up the car the following morning. Austin immediately offered to pick me up from the airport! The next morning, I arrived to Austin waiting for me and then he took me to the dealership where my new truck was presented with an almost glowing presence.
